Strenght building through a variety of challenging movement,it incorporate elements of functional training, resistance training and bodyweight exercises to improve overall fitness performance. You can expect to work on building muscular strength, improving mobility and developing better mind muscle awareness. The class may include movements such as bodyweight push and pull, compound exercises using weight resistance and mobility drills to improve range of motion for certain movement.It is designed for individuals who have just started working out or intermediate level who wish to push it a step further.
